The label comes first. If we can't see the Supplement Facts panel, we don't write about the formula. Sales pages describe the wrong product more often than you'd think.
Every review has a cons list. A product with no drawbacks is a product nobody looked at closely.
We don't invent numbers. No made-up review counts, no fake live visitor counters, no countdown timers. If a rating appears on this site, it's our own editorial rating and it says so.
We say how we get paid. Links to official websites are affiliate links. That pays for the site; it doesn't decide what we write.
Who writes this
The Supplement Review is run by a small independent team that reads labels, compares prices and reads refund policies so you don't have to. We are not doctors and nothing here is medical advice. Talk to your healthcare provider before starting any supplement, especially if you take prescription medication.
